You are a highly skilled, creative, intelligent person who is unemployed during a time when we have massive industry change and want to find a way to work effectively and build some companies and products. Maybe you have three degrees and 100 certifications and were going to go work at Target - well, now you’re a senior member of a tech company. That’s what I want to see.
And if you are working and building successful projects - that will help you in future employment if you so choose. But right now people are afraid. Maybe you have this valuable skill, but don't want to run a company. Or you don't want to get pushed around by corporate bullies or venture capitalists. You don't want to get torn up by investors. I will take all that negative corporate damage and energy for you. I will cover it for you and I'll facilitate the place that you can grow your value. I will take care of everything else as a team so it's my hope that I can find someone.
It’s 1888 and Nikola Tesla would be sitting there working and looking at Westinghouse. They'd have all these difficult discussions and then Edison and all these other guys come in and Nikola would be like, “I just want to work on electricity” and then he'd come to me and I'd build the world around him. Unlike his story in the end. He got nothing. Electricity was nowhere near free for humankind. They just took all his stuff.
I just want to build a true space for incubation so that people can come with their ideas and figure out how to make that into a business. Creating the area to allow that to happen. And then feeding that with resources. Knowledge resources to help. “I don't know how to start this kind of website.” Here's a team that specializes in these websites. “I don't know what law thing I need.” Here are the lawyers. And that is all helping the incubation process.

Who am I? Cornell Engineer, US Naval Officer, Silicon Valley hardware engineer, even wired a couple spacecraft. But those are resume points - not who I am. I am a good person who is fed up with the way things are. We can do businesses and workplaces better and I’m going to prove it. A way to simultaneously have a high output and a high quality of life with vitality, well-being, family, etc.
